Bump-date: 31 weeks.


How far along? 31 weeks!

Baby is the size of: a coconut at about 3 1/3 lbs and over 16 inches long. I can really feel little man start to chunk up as he kicks around in my ribs and punches my hips!

Total weight gain/loss: 23ish lbs.

Maternity clothes? Goodbye regular jeans! Maternity jeans and leggings full time, baby! And chacos are pretty much the shoe I live in now! Breathable and adjustable! haha.

Stretch marks? Nothing yet. Thank you Burt’s Bees Belly Butter!!

Sleep: Sleep is pretty good for the most part! Other than rotating sides because my hip/leg falls asleep and not being able to sleep on my stomach or back… Oh and the getting up to pee 3-4 times a night… Yay for the last weeks of pregnancy?! And naps 😉

Exercise?: Thursday I ran a mile and walked/ran the second mile. Friday was a rest day. Saturday I was finally able to run two miles WITHOUT stopping, yay! It felt really good. I have struggled to run past a mile the past few weeks because I was having constant braxton hicks and having to walk after a mile. But Saturday’s run felt great to push further! Sunday was a rest day. Monday I did this prenatal yoga video and I loved it! I am probably going to start doing more yoga videos because I really notice the difference in how I feel after stretching and relaxing. My body is needing that in these last few weeks! Tuesday I did this third trimester prenatal yoga video and really liked it too. I can see such a difference in how my back feels at the end of the day with it. Plus I went on a walk with Lilly to the park after her nap. Today I am not sure what I’m going to do! Maybe a run because they weather is warmer today!

Best moment this week: Going to the Tulip Farm and taking Lilly’s pictures running through the flowers! And then my sweeeeeeet little niece being born on Friday! So little and perfect! Can’t wait till Liam is here 🙂

Miss Anything? Sleeping on my stomach!

Movement: Lots of movement that is getting stronger by the day. He is such a wiggle worm and always kicking, rolling, or dancing it seems.

Food cravings: Ginger Ale?! and cheese! Mmmm… cheese quesadillas hit the spot every time!

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing!


Labor Signs: Braxton hicks all throughout the day! Usually means I am not drinking enough water though.

Symptoms: Round ligament pain comes and goes… Thank goodness for yoga balls to bounce on and relieve the pressure.

Belly Button in or out? Out!

Wedding rings on or off? On!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happppppy 🙂
